Flahavan's Progress Oatmeal - 1kg

Flahavan's Progress Oatlets is Ireland's favourite porridge oats brand. Flahavan's select only the finest Irish oats. These oats are then carefully dried and cleaned in preparation for milling. The indigestible outer shell is removed leaving the oat kernel, which is chopped, steamed and then rolled flat to make oatlets.

It is a flaked oatmeal product which can be easily cooked on the hob (in 3 minutes) or in 2 minutes in the microwave. Flahavan's unique milling process cooks the oats twice which gives Flahavan's Progress Oatlets their distinctive texture and taste.

It has many health benefits including, being rich in fibre, slowly releases Energy, can help reduce Cholesterol (as part of a low fat diet). It is a very versatile product as it can also be added as an ingredient to many food recipes.
